Wilmat offers a commodity too readily dismissed or even ignored altogether - Service. Many competitors are only too happy to supply goods, but are not interested in solving the customer's problems.
When we receive your enquiry here at Wilmat, we consider it carefully. We may need to visit your site to discuss your handling problem. We advise and help you decide on the best solution.
If your requirement is specialised, we invite you to meet with us for the design briefing, and during manufacture you may like to attend a progress meeting. You are welcome to attend final inspection and testing of your equipment at our factory prior to delivery.
After delivery, we can commission and train your operators to familiarise them with the equipment.
We discuss your contract service and preventative maintenance requirements to ensure a long trouble-free working life.
